On Saturday 30th August 2008 Bolton Festival Choir gave its 15th annual performance under the baton of John Powell. The chorus draws its forces from committed singers throughout Greater Manchester and the North West:

Thomas Tallis: Why fum'th in fight, the Gentiles spite
Vaughan Williams: Variations on a Theme by Thomas Tallis
Fauré: Requiem
